A summary of Sugar’s shipping, try-on and returns policy.
Processing & delivery
- Orders are prepared within one business day and handed to the courier the next day.
- Cairo & Giza: within 48 hours.
- Other governorates: 2–7 business days depending on the area.
- The courier calls before delivery, so please make sure your phone number is correct.

Try before you pay
On delivery, open your order and try the size before paying. Keep items clean with the tags on.
Except: swimwear and lingerie can’t be tried on for hygiene reasons, and makeup can’t be opened. Check the item, size and quantity before the courier leaves.
Returns & exchanges
- Hand any item you don’t want back to the courier on delivery; its price is deducted from the total.
- If you refuse the whole order, you only pay the shipping fee.
- Once the courier leaves, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted.
- Defective or wrong items: we cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
- You need to keep at least 60% of the items in your order; repeated orders where only one item is kept may not be confirmed in future.
