Terms of service

Terms of Service

Welcome to Sugar (sugareg.com), an online women’s fashion store in Egypt. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are confirmed by phone or message before shipping. We may cancel or decline an order if a product is out of stock, the price or details shown were incorrect, or we cannot reach you to confirm.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and depend on your governorate. Payment is cash on delivery or InstaPay.

3. Delivery

Orders are prepared within one business day and handed to the courier the next day. Cairo & Giza: within 48 hours; other governorates: 2–7 business days. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct.

4. Try before you pay

On delivery you may open your order and try items before paying, while the courier waits. Swimwear and lingerie cannot be tried on for hygiene reasons, and makeup cannot be opened; you can check the item, size and quantity before the courier leaves.

5. Returns and exchanges

Hand back any item you don’t want to the courier on delivery and its price is deducted. If you refuse the whole order, you pay the shipping fee only. Once the courier leaves, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded and we cover all shipping costs. See our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Fair use

You need to keep at least 60% of the items in your order. Customers who repeatedly order many items and keep only one may not have future orders confirmed.

7. Products

We sell 100% original products from brands such as SHEIN and SHEGLAM and local Egyptian brands. Colors may look slightly different on screen, and measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.

8. Website content

All text, images and design on this website belong to Sugar or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; the version published on this page applies to new orders.
