We are online only (delivery service).
There is no physical store, and we deliver all over Egypt.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Orders are handed over to the shipping company on the next business day after the order is placed.
Inside Cairo:
Delivery within 24–48 business hours for some areas.
Other areas may take 48–72 business hours.
The courier will contact you before delivery.
Outside Cairo:
Orders are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery within 4 business days.
Some villages or remote areas may take longer than 4 business days.
Is it possible to return or replace clothes?
Yes — returns and exchanges are allowed.
Exceptions:
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you are unsure about your size, please do not order underwear or swimwear.
Return & Exchange Terms
Upon delivery, you may open and check your order before the courier leaves.
Any item you don’t wish to receive must be returned immediately to the courier, and its price will be deducted from the total.
If you refuse the entire order, you will only pay the delivery fees.
Once the courier leaves, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
⚠️ Service Misuse Policy
Customers who misuse this service by repeatedly ordering many items and keeping only one may be blocked from placing future orders.
The customer must receive at least 60% of the total ordered items.
Otherwise, future orders may not be confirmed or shipped.
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
How to Choose the Right Size
Please use a measuring tape (cm) as sizes can vary from one item to another.
Wearing a certain size in one item doesn’t guarantee the same size will fit another.
Always check the size chart on each product page.
Model size information is provided for easier comparison.

Colors may slightly differ from the actual product due to lighting and photography.
How to Place an Order
Click on the item you want.
Tap Add to Cart.
Click View Cart at the top of the page after you finish adding items.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Fill in your shipping details (name, city, address, etc.).
Choose your city/area.
Enter your phone number and email address.
Make sure all details are correct and write the full address in Arabic.
Check I have read and agree to the website terms & conditions.
Click Place Order.
