How to Order

Shopping at Sugar takes a few minutes, and you only pay for what you keep.

1. Choose your pieces

Browse the collections, open the product and pick your size. Every product has a size guide with two charts: body measurements to compare with yours, and product measurements taken on the garment laid flat. Not sure? WhatsApp us 01017836503.

2. Place your order

Tap "Add to cart", then "Checkout", and enter your name, phone number and address. You can also order directly on WhatsApp.

3. We confirm with you

Our team calls you or sends a WhatsApp message to confirm the order before shipping.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within one business day. Cairo & Giza within 48 hours; other governorates 2–7 business days. Shipping fees by area.

5. Try before you pay

Open the parcel, try the items while the courier waits, and pay only for what you keep — cash or InstaPay. Swimwear and lingerie can't be tried on and makeup isn't opened, but you can check them before the courier leaves.
